All students need to have completed enrolment before they are issued their student card.
If you are a student studying on campus (full-time, part-time, blended learning or on an apprenticeship), you will be able to collect your Student ID Card when you arrive.
If you are a student moving into University accommodation you will be provided with your Student ID card as part of the moving-in process.
Where to collect your card
We strongly advise that cards are collected with sufficient time to get your first session and, where possible, in advance of your first day on campus.
You will need to collect your student card from the campus where your course is based.
Stoke-on-Trent campus
New entrants can collect from Monday 18th September – Friday 6th October in Library - Core, Leek Road (marked 15 on our campus map), Monday – Thursday, 8.30am - 4.30pm, and Friday 8.30am - 4.00pm.
Following this, collection will be from the Hub, Science Centre, Leek Road (marked 25 on our campus map).
Stafford campus
Library, Centre of Health Innovation, Blackheath Lane (located in the main building on our campus map).
London campus
Help Desk, Staffordshire University London.
New entrants, during your first day on campus, you will receive a notification on Beacon with your allocated time for collection. Please adhere to the collection times provided.
Returning students
If your card has been lost, stolen, or damaged, ask Beacon or visit Student Connect for details of how to get a replacement card.
International students
Your card will be provided at the end of your face-to-face enrolment appointment (subject to completion). Please check your emails regularly, for details on how to book your face-to-face enrolment appointment.
