Staffs CampusConnect is our student-led community app for offer holders.
Connect with other people from your course, hometown or country, and even those with similar interests.
Suggest new groups, join live Q&As, get advice about finance, accommodation, student support and more, all in one app, before you’ve even started at Staffordshire University. Some groups that have already been established are:
- Course groups
- LGBTQ+
- Mature students
- Anime fans
- Commuters groups
- Sports at Staffs
- Role playing and table top games
- Dog fanatics
- ...and many more!
We want you to feel prepared and excited for your journey with us. This is your space to start making connections and overcoming any nerves you might have.
Very friendly and helpful
Everyone on the app is very friendly and helpful. It is nice getting to know people before I start as I am not living in halls.

How to join
The app is only available to applicants who have received an offer to study with us at Staffordshire University, and you will need an invitation link, which you can find on this page.
To register, please ensure you use your Applicant ID (Student Number) that you received in your offer letter, and the email address you used in your application to us. When you've successfully registered, you will then be prompted to download the Staffs CampusConnect app to get access to the platform.
Once you're in, we'd recommend joining some groups, updating your bio with a little bit about yourself and saying hello, so you can start making those all important connections.
You'll need to join using an invitation link that most suits your application.
- If you have made multiple applications to different campuses, please choose the campus you're intending to study at.
- If this is your first time studying at University (e.g. a BA or BSc degree), join the Undergraduate community for your campus.
- If you are on a masters or postgraduate programme (e.g. MA), join the Postgraduate community for your campus.

Student Inclusion
Monday 8 January 2024 2:00-3:00pm
As part of the University’s Campus Connect, the Student Inclusion team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have about disability support at the University. We can provide:
- Student Inclusion Recommendations for reasonable adjustments
- Support and guidance on applications for Disabled Students’ Allowance (DSA) and other support
- Diagnostic assessments for Dyslexia, Dyspraxia and Dyscalculia
Any support you may have had at school or college will not automatically transfer over to university, so it is vital that you speak to us to make sure that we are able to put your support in place, to give you the best chance to succeed on your course.
If you are unable to make this session and have something you wish to ask, please feel free to email us at student-inclusion@staffs.ac.uk.
