Promotion Terms and Conditions

To be eligible for a chance to win a prize, you must have registered for our CampusConnect platform and completed the CampusConnect feedback form sent to you via personal invitation.

You must have entered the same email address that you used to register for the CampusConnect platform as part of your feedback submission.

1. The winner of the £50 Amazon Giftcard will be selected via a random selection process and contacted via email within 30 days of the date of the draw. Failure to reply to this email within 14 days will mean that another random selection will take place to determine a new winner.
2. Prizes cannot be returned or exchanged for monetary value.
3. All prizes are limited to one per person.
4. University of Staffordshire reserve the right, at any time, to make amendments or cancel this competition.
5. Employees and contractors (and their respective families) of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.
6. No responsibility is accepted for entries which are lost, corrupted, incomplete or for any failure to capture entry information
7. Entrants are required to meet the Entry Criteria but otherwise no other purchase is necessary.
8. It is the responsibility of entrants to notify the promoter of any change of contact details.  Proof of identity may be required.
9. The promoter will have the right to publicly disclose the name of the winner(s) and their city/town of residence.
10. Any omission to exercise, or delay in exercising, any right or remedy under these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver by the promoter of that, or any other, right or remedy.
11. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions as final and binding.  Entries which are not in accordance with the terms and conditions will be disqualified.
12. The promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the prize draw at any time (and for any reason) without notice.
13. The promoter shall not be responsible for damages, losses or liabilities of any kind, including without limitation, direct, indirect or consequential loss or damages arising out of or in relation to the prize draw. Nothing in this condition shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury as a result of the promoter’s negligence.
14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The prize draw will be governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
