The people who govern and manage the University.
It’s not just students that can benefit from Erasmus+, any member of staff can take part, either by going on a teaching or training mobility scheme.
Academic members of staff can travel to teach at institutions we have a signed bilateral agreement with.
You have to teach for a minimum of 8 hours over a 2 day period and your teaching mobility cannot exceed 8 weeks.
Any member of staff can go on a training mobility so long as it fits the criteria set by the European Union. This is that the training enables you to acquire knowledge or specific know-how from experience and good practices abroad, as well as develop practical skills that are relevant for your current role or as part of your professional development. Examples could be job-shadowing, study visits or relevant training. They can include travel to institutions that hold a charter and that we have a bilateral agreement with, as well as enterprises.
For more information on the exciting opportunities available to you as a member of staff, please contact our Erasmus coordinator Wendy Pollard on +44 (0) 1785 353404 or via our enquiry form.
