Studying Computer Games Development

Introducing your course leader, Shaun Reeves

Hi, I’m Shaun Reeves and I’m the course leader for the BSc (Hons) Computer Games Development course.

My passion for computer games and technology began in the late 1980’s, evolving from playing on the NES, Mega Drive, SNES, and PlayStation to developing games, websites, mobile apps, and software.

I’ve been teaching since 2008, specialising in games development, computer science, software engineering, and web development. My research spans Cloud Computing, UI/UX, Serious Gaming and AI, and has connected me with Google and leading studios like Playground Games, Ubisoft, and Sumo Digital.

I look forward to welcoming you to University of Staffordshire and supporting you in developing the skills needed for a career in games development.
