I joined the Careers Centre in 1985 as a Careers Assistant and have been involved with many aspects of the service delivery including information management and front line customer service. I undertook a secondment for a year to the role of Careers Adviser providing guidance in all aspects of career planning and job hunting to students and graduates. Since my role development to Careers Centre Manager I have been involved in many Careers Centre projects including the piloting of the Staffordshire Graduate Skills Review Attributes and recruiting students into the role of Employability Champions.
