Danielle Johnson

Work-Based Education Officer

Health, Education, Policing and Sciences

I’m a Work-Based Education Officer currently supporting Student Police Officers for West Midlands Police on the PCDA programme.

I started my career within Primary Education and enjoyed my time spent working as a Primary School Teacher within schools in Stoke On Trent. I then progressed into working within the higher education system being a Lecturer/Trainer Assessor helping students get back into education and gain their desired qualifications and careers as teaching assistants and nursery nurses. I’ve always had a passion for supporting learning and helping others to achieve their potential.

Since joining the Institute of policing I have enjoyed following my students' career journeys and learning about their experiences within the police.
