Digital Marketing Strategy and the impact on business operations, the evolution of marketing metrics and how they inform personalisation and techniques in preparing for the workplace post education.

Research interests

Currently studying for a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Professional Education (PgCHPE), researching teaching techniques for HE and exploring research methods. I am interested in the impact of commercialisation on consumer lifestyles and behaviours and how this informs marketing strategy.

Enterprise and commercial interests

Leading a Digital Marketing Strategy project with the Mitchell Arts Centre, Stoke-on-Trent as an industry associate.
