Health, Education, Policing and Sciences

Following a long-standing career as an emergency department nurse, I chose to diversify into the realms of education, gaining accredited Resuscitation Council UK teaching qualifications. During a duel clinical and education role within an NHS Resuscitation training team, I was inspired to undertake an MA Education degree. Initially appointed to the post of Resuscitation Lead at the University of Staffordshire teaching post-registration Continuous Professional Development courses with a focus on simulation. I am now am a senior lecturer within the Paramedic Science team and volunteer as a Community First Responder.
