I joined Staffordshire University in 2017 as a Placements Administrator in the School of Life Sciences and Education, where I developed a strong understanding of Higher Education and the wider University community. I progressed to Placement Lead before joining the Institute of Policing as a Recruitment Development Officer.
Keen to further develop my data and analytical skills, I became a Business Intelligence Analyst in 2024. An advocate for change and champion of digital literacy, I’m passionate about sharing knowledge, supporting others and fostering a collaborative environment.
