Justin Pover is a Project Manager at the University of Staffordshire, supporting collaboration between the university and local businesses. He currently works on Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTPs), part-funded by Innovate UK, helping organisations access academic expertise to support innovation and growth.
Justin also works closely with teams across the university, including apprenticeships, careers, and Unitemps, to connect businesses with relevant support, talent, and opportunities. He previously supported UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) projects, which ended in March 2026
