Justin Pover

Knowledge Exchange Coordinator

Business Engagement

Justin currently works on Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTPs), part funded by Innovate UK, helping organisations access academic expertise to develop innovative solutions, improve performance and support business growth.

He works closely with businesses and teams across the university to identify the right support, connecting organisations with academic expertise, apprenticeships, graduate talent, careers services and Unitemps. His role is focused on helping businesses navigate the university and identify opportunities for collaboration, skills development and innovation.

Justin previously supported projects funded through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF), which concluded in March 2026, giving him wider experience of working with businesses and partners across the local economy.

He is a point of contact for organisations interested in exploring how the University of Staffordshire can support their innovation, skills and growth ambitions.
