BAFTA UK Scholarship Programme

Want to get into film, games or TV? Through the BAFTA UK Scholarship Programme, you could receive funding, mentoring and industry access. Undergraduate and postgraduate students can receive financial support towards fees or living costs, plus mentoring and free access to BAFTA events.

Eligibility criteria

Open to talented UK nationals studying film, games or TV. All applicants are assessed on financial need as well as their demonstrated technical ability and personal statement answers. There is no age limit for applicants.

Bursary payment exemptions

The University will conduct a review of a student’s bursary if progress or performance in their studies is deemed to be unsatisfactory without an appropriate reason.

The University and BAFTA has the right to withdraw an award from anyone who is found to have misled the institution about any aspect of their eligibility and to seek repayment of any monies already paid to them.

The University and BAFTA has the right to award/withdraw an award within 14-days of the applicant being made aware of their outcome if an administrative error has occurred.

University of Staffordshire reserves the right to revise or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice in collaboration with BAFTA.
