Peak Condition at Staffordshire University is a student-led sports science support service. This involves BSc Sport and Exercise students work under the supervision of BASES-accredited staff to deliver the services in our physiology and nutrition laboratories.
We aim to improve your peak condition, regardless of fitness level or health status.
