Design Thinking is an improvement and product development method for use within organisations and/or new ventures. The 5 stage process aims to define problems and create and test new ideas in a customer centric approach. The 5 stages are used sequentially and there are practical tools at each stage which can be used. This workshop will introduce the Design Thinking process and cover some of the tools which can be used.Join us at Dunston Business Village to discover why Design Thinking is a great way for your business to collaboratively design, prototype and validate new product ideas with your team and also network with likeminded businesses.This is a face-to-face workshop providing hands-on learning applied to your business.
