Time: 2.5hr slots are available to book onto throughout the day. Please book a ticket for the time you'd like to attend from those available.

The Resuscitation Team at University of Staffordshire in collaboration with Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust invite you to join us at our Centre for Health Innovation to celebrate the 2025 Restart a Heart Day!

Your interactive 2.5 hour session will include:

• Basic life support

• Choking

• Use of AED (automated external defibrillator)

• Paediatric life support

Skills in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED) are truly skills for life - and educating and empowering young people is one of the most important actions when it comes to improving survival of out of hospital cardiac arrests.

If you are interested in health courses or would like to learn a vital skill that could save a life this event is for you.
