A special event showcasing the outcomes and innovations from this exciting project that tackles microplastic pollution using a global citizen scientist data collection method that is founded in forensic science.
Throughout the day, you will hear engaging talks from the experts involved in the project, sharing insights into the work undertaken and the outputs achieved. In the afternoon, attendees will have the opportunity to take part in a hands-on sampling session in the River Trent, where you can experience the methods developed during the project.
Accessibility Information
All indoor sessions will be held on the ground floor of the Catalyst Building, allowing wheelchair access. Please note that the outdoor activity will take place within the on-site nature reserve. Access to this area requires walking across a field and may include uneven terrain.

Please bring wellington boots or suitable outdoor footwear, as the nature reserve area may be muddy.
