Welcome!

It's time to accept your offer

We can't wait to welcome you onto campus, but before we do, there are some important tasks you'll need to complete before you begin your journey with us. The first is to accept your offer. This is key to letting us know that you wish to proceed. If you don’t wish to join us anymore or your circumstances have changed, please email us at int-admissions@staffs.ac.uk including your student ID number.

  1. Meet your conditions

It's important to meet your conditions as early as possible. Once we have received everything from you, we can then start to progress you towards receiving a visa and joining us on campus.

  2. Got an unconditional offer? Time to pay your deposit.

Once you've met the conditions of your offer, you will need to pay a deposit to secure your place. You can make a payment through our secure portal.

  3. Pre-CAS interview and Finance check

We may require you to attend a Pre-CAS interview and complete a finance check - we will contact you if this is the case.

  4. Apply for your student accommodation

As an international student, you must live within a 1 hour commute of the campus where you will be studying, luckily we have fantastic accommodation options right on campus.

  5. Apply for your student visa

We know the majority of our international students joining us will need a Student visa. Ensure you apply in good time and make sure you meet all of the requirements.

  6. Prepare for departure

Look out for welcome and pre-departure information and events that we will send via email during the summer before you arrive. In the meantime, why not chat to our current international students to find our more about life at Staffordshire University?

Next Stop Staffs live events
