Leading Across Cultures



Cultural awareness is the understanding of cultural diversity, recognising that our own culture differs from that of other’s. In a professional environment, being culturally aware enables us to communicate with people more effectively, beyond simply what is said, in order to manage and lead a team. In this session we will explore the definition of culture and our understanding of globalisation. We will consider how to effectively lead across cultures and why this is more important than ever.
