What is an ethical business, and why should businesses be ethical? Students will be tasked with the job of organising the recruitment and selection of an individual for a new position within a company. They will look at multiple aspects of advertising and recruiting to the role, as well as looking at what ethical decisions there are in the recruitment and selection process.
