Annual Teaching Innovation and Learning Enhancement (TILE) Conference conference

The Teaching Innovation and Learning Enhancement (TILE) Hub sits directly under SCoLPP providing learning enhancement activities in pedagogy, digital innovation, training, and development. TILE host an annual conference for educators, key influencers and researchers within the education sector who wish to broaden their knowledge.

Computer Science in Schools Conference

Date: Friday 28 June 2024 

This event sees the return of the Computer Science in Schools Conference at Staffordshire University, a free event for teachers and educators to network and share ideas on the delivery of Computer Science in schools across all levels from Primary, through secondary and post 16. 

There will be keynote sessions from significant organisations who support the development and delivery of computing in schools or potential computing careers for school leavers. 2023 saw the West Cyber Crime Uni looking to positively harness the cyber skillset of school leavers.   

The keynote session are followed by workshops on a range of topics delivered by or on behalf of the exam boards offering computing qualifications, teachers sharing best practice and supporting educational organisations and teachers. 

The content for the conference is provided by interested teachers and educators. So if you are interested then please contact Robin Oldham.
