Disclaimer

There are ongoing building works planned for the area surrounding Clarice Cliff

We want to ensure that students living in accommodation remain happy, healthy, and safe and so, we aim to give you full notice of works being undertaken on the new student village in academic year 24/25. We understand that these works may cause some disruption to students and so we have reduced the price of all Clarice Cliff rooms by 2.5%. This reduction has already been applied to the weekly rate of Clarice Cliff for all applicants who choose this accommodation for academic year 24/25.

The Clarice Cliff Court Remodelled Rooms are subject to availability.

The images shown in the advertising materials of the Clarice Cliff Court Remodelled rooms are artistic renderings of the room appearance and are for illustrative purposes only. This is because the remodelling of the rooms is intended to take place during the summer of 2024. In the unlikely event that the remodelling of Clarice Cliff Accommodation does not take place then you will still be allocated a room in Clarice Cliff, but this will be a standard room at the standard weekly rate.
