 All rooms come with an ensuite bathroom and we also offer premium rooms which come with a larger area to personalise your space, or studio rooms if you want your own kitchen facilities.

We offer guaranteed accommodation to eligible first year students who apply within the deadlines and meet applicable terms and conditions.

If you can't attend an Open Day, we offer one-to-one campus tours where you can explore our accommodation at a time that suits you.

Be at the heart of campus life

Arranged in blocks of cluster flats and apartments, with some studios also available, our Student Village is at the heart of our Stoke-on-Trent campus. You’ll be living close to all the social spots, cafes and green spaces, with a scenic stroll to lectures across a footbridge. You will be able to move around easily, using the lifts in the Hub and cluster flat blocks to get step-free, level access to all parts of the Village.

The Village Hub is designed around you - with comfy spaces to catch up with friends, and study zones. It’s also where you’ll find our ResLife accommodation team.

Our Village Hub is your place, with flexible spaces for events and comfy seating for relaxing with friends. There’s a hall and multi-functional space for hosting a variety of pop-up events, personal study areas, a reflection space and access to ResLife services. From makers’ markets to student exhibitions, it's the ideal place to showcase your projects.

Sense of community

Living at the heart of our student community on campus, it's a great way to make new friends and get involved in student life. You can relax, socialise and find your own personal space. You’ll also have a scenic walk to lectures, with a convenient footbridge connecting the accommodation with our main Leek Road buildings. Our Res Life team will help you settle in – whether you just want a chat or some support and guidance, they are ready to listen.

Car parking

Our University accommodation is conveniently located, and all residences are within a short walking distance of the Stoke-on-Trent campus. We offer on-campus parking for students living in our accommodation and spaces for disabled students. There is a small permit charge for parking. Read more about on-campus parking.

Studying at the Stafford campus?

We have a dedicated selection of rooms at our Student Village on the Stoke-on-Trent campus for students studying at Centre for Health Innovation in Stafford.

Your licence agreement

When you accept your offer of University accommodation, you will be subject to a legally binding contract with the University. This is called the Accommodation Licence Agreement. Please ensure that the you read the licence agreement fully and carefully. Licence agreement terms will be considered as accepted by the Licensee on receipt of your room keys and moving into the accommodation.
