Studying Business Management

Introducing your course leader, Mohammad Wasim

Hi, I’m Dr Mohammad Wasim and I’m the course leader for the BSc (Hons) Business Management (Top-Up) course.

I also have a wealth of industry experience working in diverse roles. I started as a product manager for a leading paint manufacturer before moving into brand management, where I developed strategic marketing initiatives. My experience also includes working in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on operations and driving organisational change as a change manager. These roles have given me valuable insights into business strategy, leadership, and operational efficiency - insights that I bring into my teaching to bridge theory with real-world application.

I’m looking forward to welcoming you to the University of Staffordshire and supporting your journey in international business management.
